A six week group coaching experience designed to support you in getting fully aligned with your values and desires as a parent, transforming your self-doubt and limiting beliefs from your own experiences into courage and confidence, evolving your parenting practise so that you are cognisant of the life you want to create, for you and your child(ren).
Who is this for?
Mama’s circle is for women who are dedicated to being present and purposeful in the relationships they develop and the way they raise their families but who at times, feel trapped in the spiral of their own thought/behaviour patterns, too stretched and overwhelmed to break the cycle.
Mothers who are ready to connect with their inner child and heal old wounds. Mothers who are ready to connect with their balanced and resilient inner adult, to live a life where their everyday is aligned with their core values so that they are able to bring these to the heart of their families.
And mothers who are ready to do the work together, forming the type of bonds you only get from going through a process like this with an inner circle of women.
This programme is the accumulation of all the insights I’ve gained from my work with 1:1 clients, workshops I’ve held and my own journey of evolution in adapting to parenthood and dealing with past challenges that had shaped my worldview. It's all combined with the work I did in schools as a teacher and pastoral leader.

* BONUS: One free hour of 1-2-1 coaching with me*
*BONUS: One free ‘Emergency Call’ with me to work through anything which has come up for you* (Please note, emergency call must be booked with 24 hours notice, Tuesday - Friday)
Mama’s Circle - Illumination Space
Investment: £500
This booster package includes all the benefits of the regular programme (including bonuses) as well as:
*Three extra hours of 1-2-1 coaching to be arranged throughout the group programme or at the end depending on your preference* (Worth £300)
*Two extra ‘Emergency calls’ or fortnightly check-in phone calls to tackle anything which has arisen from the group.
