Before we started working together it felt like I was drowning and breathing was really difficult. I was open to seeking help, but did not know who to turn to. At first I was nervous as there was so much stress I was working with, however the release of sharing what was going on in my mind and just talking to you really calmed me down.
After a few sessions, you were able to provide me with a clear way of looking at some of the difficulties I was facing and the regular check-ins really helped me to work towards a goal that always existed for me, however, I never really saw it before.
I realised that life will always be full of challenges and opportunities, how I view them is based on my own self-reflection of the stories my mind makes up.
